  Rather tired of A1. Ordered take out and picked it up. Got home to discover that they had missed one item. This is about the third time in the past couple years that they got the order wrong. When I phoned to tell them of their mistake, I was told by the person on the phone that she had personally packed the order and that she had definitely put it in. It must have been the invisible Moo Goo Guy Pan because we still can't find it. I don't mind people making mistakes on a busy day but blaming the customer for their error is not a way to earn business. Their food has gone consistently downhill the past few years. We won't be back but I'll pick up the refund tomorrow.

  We have eaten in several times and always found the food and service to be good. We ordered takeout last week and were very disappointed. The chicken soo guy was very tough and dried out, not enough gravy to cover the chicken. The Sweet and Sour Chicken balls and the breaded shrimp was all breading. The chicken was only a very small piece in a large ball.

  Food is good. My last visit I was told my food would be ready for 6 I didn't get it until 6:30. I could have eaten a meal and left before mine was ready. To top it off others came after me and left before me with their food. Very frustrating.

  Make sure you check your shrimp to see if ghey are cleaned properly. Mine wern't cleaned properly sadly.

  Take out- didn't finish- tossed. Egg rolls okay but meal for three was greasy, hard, bland- will not go back. Very disappointing.
