  Chicken parmesan came with meat sauce and it was suppose to be just tomato. They said they would make a new one. Instead we said forget it next time we order we would get a bit of credit. Ordered the same thing and it came burnt and told rudely no credit was applied. So lastly I'm no longer a customer.

  I was a member of the "disrespectful teenage party" on Friday night. I for one tipped the waitress fully and was very polite to her, even after there was a bug in a piece of garlic bread and she asked my friend why she doesn't eat meat. I understand that she was swamped and there were 9 of us. That doesn't excuse the kind of service we were given. Shame on you Armando's. Also, here's a photo of the bug for reference.

  Ordered pizza and garlic sauce. When I got home 1 of the garlic sauces was an old crusty almost empty BBQ sauce. It was clearly garbage. I phoned and was told 1 would be delivered because I had payed for it. Later on I received a phone call that "it was not worth her time to fix it." She then went on to complain about how fed up she was with her staff today. My option was to drive back 20mins to get it myself. According to her "If she asked a driver to do it they would quit." I really am disappointed with the customer service.

  I wish I could go lower than one star but it'll have to do. Well at least our food showed up. Oh wait some of it didn't. They got people's order wrong and accidentally put meat in two people's penne and tried to say it wasn't beef. Then we found an ant in our garlic bread and our waitress said she was going to talk to the kitchen. She didn't. She threw it away and continued to waitress. Then she discounted four dollars after we asked. And when I called to complain I was told our waitress was actually the owner, and when I said we wouldn't be ordering there again he cut me off mid sentence by hanging up. I would recommend somewhere else because you'll better everywhere else in town.
